Ayala Property Management Corp. (APMC) is the biggest property management company in the Philippines--both in terms of aggregate revenue and the scope of portfolio. It is the property management arm of Ayala Land, which is one of the Philippines' largest companies and most trusted in the industry.
With numerous international awards on safety and energy efficiency, APMC is now managing over 250 properties and 400 projects nationwide of various types, ranging from residential buildings, select malls, office buildings, parking facilities and estates encompassing more than 100 million square meters all over the Philippines.
